Withdrawal

1. 15 days notice in writing should be given by parents before withdrawing their ward from the school, failing which, the parents will have to pay the fee for the next month.
2. All dues of the school should be paid in full and library books returned before applying for a Transfer Certificate.
3. SLC/TC should be applied for in writing, 5 days in advance on the prescribed form available at the School Reception. Parents should themselves get the counter sign of the D.E.O. / the R.O., Panchkula, if needed on the S.L.C.
4. A pupil can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:- (a) Disciplinary (b) Dis-satisfactory progress in studies. (c) Accumulation of tuition and bus fee arrears.
